Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
NivroNow LLC provides digital services: web development, store design, Shopify development, app development, digital marketing, and SEO. Because our work is custom and delivered over time, refunds depend on how much of the work has been completed when you ask. This policy applies to all payments made to NivroNow LLC.
2. Free Consultations
Initial consultations and quotes are free. No payment is taken and no refund applies.
3. Scoped Projects
- Before work starts: you may cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund, provided work on your project has not begun.
- After work starts: you will be refunded for any portion of the agreed scope that has not yet been delivered. Completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable.
- Third-party costs paid on your behalf (for example domains, themes, plugins, or app licenses) are non-refundable once purchased.
4. Retainers & Ongoing Services
Monthly retainers, marketing, and SEO services can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation stops future billing; the current billing period is not refunded once work for that period has begun. Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms is non-refundable.
5. Unsatisfactory Work
If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will first revise the work at no extra cost. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will offer a partial or full refund for that deliverable.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@nivronow.com or call +1 (307) 355-1683 with your name, the email used at checkout, and the reason for your request. We respond within 2 business days.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit.
